Master section is not intuitive

First time user experience with lv2fil is a little bit odd: you activate some of the EQ bands, change things there, but nothing happens.

You'd first have to switch on the master section. All plugins I know are "on" by default and just provide a bypass button, so the user can still switch it off.

Either let master-active default to on or change the GUI (and perhaps the LADPSA version, too) to model a real bypass switch.

There is need for LV2 extension that will glue the bypass functionality in host and plugin. Right now if plugin is activate/deactivate in Ardour don't change the status of bypass/master toggle.
